COACHES

Stefanie Turner MA, NBC-HWC, RYT-500

Stefanie has an MA in Integrative Health from Georgian Court University, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and is a registered yoga teacher with 500 hours of yoga teacher training. Stefanie’s personal experience with the healing powers of yoga led to her decision to become a yoga teacher; teaching from the belief that “Yoga is for everybody, and EVERY body.” As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, she utilizes a client-centered approach, helping clients recognize their strengths, develop a wellness vision, SMART goals, and action plans. She has a certification in nutrition coaching, further assisting her clients in reaching their nutrition goals and improving their overall health and wellness.

When working with her clients Stefanie emphasizes the importance of taking a holistic approach, recognizing the multiple dimensions, physical, intellectual, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, financial, and spiritual, that affect an individual’s overall well being. Stefanie’s goal is to educate and empower her clients to make the decisions that will move them toward living the life they dream of living.


Robert Hildebrandt, MBA, RDN, CDCES

Robert Hildebrandt, MBA, RDN, CDCES, is a seasoned Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over seven years of experience in outpatient nutrition and chronic disease management. He has helped thousands of patients achieve lasting weight loss, reverse type 2 diabetes, and reduce or eliminate the need for medications through evidence-based, personalized care.

With a Master of Business Administration and CDC certification as a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Lifestyle Coach, Robert combines clinical expertise with strategic, results-driven support. While he specializes in weight loss, insulin resistance, and diabetes reversal, he also sees clients for a wide range of concerns, including cardiovascular health, dietary cholesterol, general nutrition, meal planning, athletic performance, and high blood pressure.

His approach is data-driven and patient-centered, grounded in real-world strategies that help people take control of their health and stay there.

In his spare time, Robert loves to go fishing and hiking.
