Sara takes a client-centered and creative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and adapting treatment to their individual strengths and needs.
She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and expressive interventions. Sara works to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued while developing confidence, coping strategies, self-advocacy skills, and greater resilience.
Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful and lasting change.
